Shower Taps and Tile Decisions

Another trip to Brico-Depot and Leroy Merlin today. We had to get a number of plumbing pieces, including the shower head and taps. We got this whole set from Leroy Merlin for 38 euros, which is pretty good!

We also have made a big decision about the kitchen tiles. The old cement and linoleum is proving impossible to remove and we don't want to risk putting them down and then not being able to remove the bad stuff with an industrial sander. So, instead we are going to lay them upside down. I know this sounds strange, but they are in great condition that that, obviously, and a quick blast with the industrial sander will give a great finish. This was my great idea, of course, I may regret pointing that out if it all ends in disaster. We start next week.
